Canadian Triathlon Team Using TechNiche Cooling Vests and Accessories in Preparation for 2020 Olympics

Vista, California, May 28, 2019 –

The Canadian Triathlon team is currently using TechNiche’s 4531 Hybrid Cooling Vests, and other cooling accessories, for post-training for the 2020 Olympics. The team recently came back from a Triathlon Hawaii Heat Camp, where they used the Hybrid Cooling Vests Powered by CoolPaxTM and Powered by HyperKewlTM Plus, for the first time.

Feedback from the Team:

1. Athletes loved the vests (4531) and found them comfortable and effective for post training.
2. Preparation and transportation of vests was easy, especially with the bags that came with each vest.
3. Cleaning seemed a little time-consuming. (The cleaning process used: Soaked in a tub with soap water, rinsed thoroughly, then hung to dry.)

b. Washing machine capabilities are helpful.

1. Athletes loved the TechNiche Evaporative Cooling Neckbands Powered by HyperKewlTM Plus (6519) and the KewlTowelsTM (6102). They said the neckbands would be a great option when they are wearing their wetsuits before racing, and for perceptual cooling. Most of the athletes used these two products regularly.

The team also plans to try the vests and accessories for pre-training and warm up.
